SIGNAL LOST

While researching different wavelengths and frequencies, a young man hears something beyond the static: information of a civilization long gone, but eerily similar to our own. What has become of these people? Is theirs a cautionary tale against the collapse of civilization? Or perhaps there's more to these echoes.

Born into a powerful family, raised to be a hero and naturally gifted, Phoenix Veriso seems to lead the ideal life. Then, when his kingdom begins to declare war, the perfect opportunity to bring honor arises. This story, written as a "Step-Outline" (using a format similar to screen-writing) explores the meaning of living for yourself, redemption and true heroism.
