Technical Writing
An idea is only as effective as the way it is expressed. That's where I come in.
As a Technical Writer, I write, edit, and maintain documentation in the form of User Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), One Point Lessons (OPLs), and video modules.

That means easy access for all your staff to the most up-to-date instructions and safety tips, helping to bridge the gap between the most experienced members of your team and newer additions.
01
SOP - Pallet Jack Usage
This SOP was originally created to quickly offer OSHA-compliant safety tips for warehouse workers operating pallet jack vehicles. After speaking in-depth with the warehouse lead, I chose to expand the project's scope to be an SOP documenting proper usage of a pallet jack as a whole.

Information was obtained through speaking with warehouse employees, supervisors, leads, and by reading through official OSHA documentation.

Manual - Audio Setup (IN PROGRESS)
This manual was created for my church to serve as a training document to teach our band members how to set up speakers, their microphones, volume control, etc.

Everything to ensure takedown and setup is a smooth process.
